  • Do you have any discount codes?
    For all the latest discount codes sign up to our email newsletter on the home page
  • How long will my order take to arrive?
    We use Royal Mail 1st class & 2nd class postage, for the latest delivery guidelines please check Royal Mails website.
  • What if my order is wrong when it arrives?
    If your order arrives and items are missing or we have shipped the wrong item then please contact us ASAP via our contact page and we will aim to respond with in 24 hours.
  • What happens if my items are damaged on arrival?
    If your order arrives damaged then please photograph the damaged items and email them to contact@ksgreetings.com with your order number in the subject box and we will respond to your email within 24 hours and investigate the issue, refunds will be given where applicable.
  • What are the cut off times for seasonal orders such as Christmas for delivery in time for the event?
    We reccomend ordering with plenty of time to spare however we understand that plans can sometimes change with little or no notice, we recommend oredering at least 3 working days before the event to ensure delivery in time, any orders placed after this may arrive late
  • Can I cancel an order before it is shipped?
    Of course, if your ordrer hasn't been shipped yet then just get in touch by emailing contact@ksgreetings.com with your order number, we will then cancel the order and send you a confirmation email. If you order has already been shipped then unfortunately we wouldn't be able to offer a refund
  • Do you run competitions?
    On occasion we do run competitions to win a prize, check out our social media and give us a follow to stay up to date on all the latest competitions as we post them all on there
  • What will happen to my reward points once you have stopped trading?
    Unfortunately any points not spent before we stop trading will be lost, we haven't currently set a deadline to use them by but please keep checking our website for all the latest information.
  • Can I amend my order once its placed?
    Yes. We can amend any order once it is placed, please email us on contact@ksgreetings.com and will will assist you as best as we can.
